Directions to Penty Buwch and Penty Mochyn at Ceilwart Ganol Farm
From Barmouth (from the South and Midlands), take the main A496 coast road towards Harlech.
Follow this road for approximately 1 mile until you see the 'Llanaber' sign.
You will pass the entrance to the Hendre Mynach camp site entrance on the left and on the next bend in the road you will see, on the right, our sign 'Ceilwart Ganol Farm'. Take the driveway and follow it to the top, where you will find our cottages.
From Harlech (from the North) , follow the main A496 coast road towards Barmouth.
Follow the road until you reach 'Llanaber' (do not get confused with Llanbedr). Keep going.
Pass Llanaber Church and then look for a large layby on the right with a telephone box. Pass the layby and look ahead to the big white house and head toward that. Take the drive marked by our sign 'Ceilwart Ganol Farm' on the left and follow the driveway to the top (continuing past the entrance to the white house). You will find the cottages at the top.
Please go slow for horses!
Arrival is from 4pm (or 1pm if you have booked an early check-in)
SatNav users: Our postcode is LL42 1YS / Ceilwart Ganol Farm. The very last turn onto Ceilwart Lane is incorrect - turn the opposite way into our drive. Also the local toll bridge (Penmaenpool) is often closed, so we advise that you say no to toll roads else it will leave you stranded on the Tywyn road with no signposts to Barmouth (you need to head back towards Dolgellau and then follow the signs to Barmouth). For information, it takes longer taking the toll bridge route anyway!

The cottage is a stream-side barn conversion fitted out to the Visit Wales(Tourist Board) 5 star standard, although is only allowed 4 stars because it does not have a bath (luxury wet-room instead) , with sweeping view of Barmouth’s spectacular beach and glorious sunsets. A late drink of the decking overlooking the sea will be a memory you will remember always!
