Ty Fechan is a newly renovated cottage located in Talybont, near Barmouth.  It is owened by a friend of ours who lives away.  We have agreed to be an agent for this property as it is a fabulous cottages and is very similar to our own. 

Outstanding rural views, fresh air and an overwhelming sense of peace will make it a holiday to remember forever.

Situated on an equestrian property and although it only has distant sea views, it makes up for this by being situated in the heart of the welsh countryside, miles from anything.  It is found at the end of a long secluded private track (well maintained)  and is free from almost all noise and light polution - ideal for star gazing and wildlife watchers! .  It has Sky TV, so all you need for a cosy secluded weekend is yourself!

The owner of the nearby stud is friendly and helpful, but not connected with the cottage.  Service and key collection is via ourselves (we will meet you at the cottage with the key, or call and collect it on your way through)

The cottage is a stream-side barn conversion fitted out to the Visit Wales 5 star standard, although is only allowed 4 stars because it does not have a bath (luxury wet-room instead) , with sweeping view of Barmouth’s spectacular beach and glorious sunsets. A late drink of the decking overlooking the sea will be a memory you will remember always!

The modern design of the interior is a relaxation heaven and has a bedroom with kingsized bed, modern wet/shower room, under floor heating, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, double oven, Freeview digital TV, DVD player, CD player, additional TV in bedroom, fridge/freezer, own garden, outdoor seating, large decking area with BBQ and deck chairs, plus all the usual refinements of a 5 star graded property (without bath).
