To make your stary even better, please consider adding a selection of the following extras to your holiday:

  • Early Check-in (1pm instead of 4pm) £10

  • Late Check-out (12noon instead of 10am) £10

  • Pet fee £25 per pet, per break (Max 2).  Cost is to cover additional wear and tear caused by animals.

  • Infant Fee £25 (for an infant that is additional to the max occupancy), i.e. 2 for Penty Buwch and 4 for Penty Mochyn).  Cost is for additional wear and tear.  Stair-gates, cot and highchair available for your use.

  • Fresh flowers £6

  • Daily Maid Service £15 per day

Penty BuwchThe cottage is a stream-side barn conversion fitted out to the Visit Wales(Tourist Board) 5 star standard, although is only allowed 4 stars because it does not have a bath (luxury wet-room instead) , with sweeping view of Barmouth’s spectacular beach and glorious sunsets. A late drink of the decking overlooking the sea will be a memory you will remember always!

The modern design of the interior is a relaxation heaven and has a bedroom with kingsized bed, modern wet/shower room, under floor heating, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, double oven, Freeview digital TV, DVD player, CD player, additional digital TV in bedroom, own garden, outdoor seating, large decking area with BBQ and deck chairs, plus all the usual refinements of a 5 star graded property (without bath, hence only 4 stars).

Electricity, bedding and towels are inclusive.

Newly converted upside-down barn conversion fitted out to the Visit Wales (Tourist Board) 5 star standards with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the kitchen and lounge upstairs to take advantage of the magnificent and uninterupted beach and sea views from the lounge picture window.

The modern design of the interior will make you relax the moment you enter. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with a kingsized bed and 1 with two full-sized single beds), a modern spa bath, under floor heating, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, Fridge/Freezer. Double Oven, Freeview digital TV, DVD player, CD player, additional TV/DVDs in each bedroom, own garden, outdoor picnic table/seating and deck chairs, large patio area with BBQ and swingball, plus all the usual refinements that you would expect in a 5 star property.
