28/11/09 - With the advent of blackberry's and mobile broadband, the news of a pub owner being fined £8,000 because someone unlawfully downloaded copyrighted material over their open Wi-Fi hotspot, we have suspended our WiFi Hotspot until further legal clarification.
14/11/09 - massive floods over night. We will be spending the day digging the ditches to keep the water flowing (they get blocked by twigs and hoof holes and then back the water up onto the fields which creates a bog if they're not drained)
20/10/09 - 2 Guinea Fowls wandered up our drive and joined our flock! No idea where they came from or whose they are - get in touch if they're yours!
6/12/08 - Hilary's blinds fit vertical blinds to Penty Mochyn front lounge window, which replaces the dodgy curtains.
6/12/08 - Chricken Rescue - 20 new chickens rescued from a life in a battery farm (Many thanks to the Battery Hen Welfare Trust)
3/12/08 - Equine dentist rasped the teeth of all our horses. Huggy's teeth are just coming through and signs of 'teething' are evident. He also has wolf teeth which will need to be removed next year. :-(
2/12/08 - Hay run to collect half tonne of hay which will last approximately 2 weeks.
1/12/08 - Farrier shoes Daisy and Burt ready for when Jan is fit again. This is done every 7 or 8 weeks.
28/11/08 - Minx seen attacking chickens in a neighbouring farm. Loaned our rabbit trap and have fingers crossed that it/they is/are caught soon. Minx are devastating predators and can be even more cunning than foxes.
25/11/08 - Jan's slipped a disc and cannot lift anything. All horses turned out 24/7 and resting until further notice.
24/11/08 - Merrylegs (Tara's pony) invited to Ysgol Y Traeth to 'meet' the children.
2/11/08 - All horses wormed
1/12/08 - Equine Podiatrist checks our barefoot horses and Huggy gets his first trim.
25/10/08 - Huggy Bear a 6 month old traditional gypsy piebald colt (pictured) added to our equine herd. He is such a sweety
