How to book: Please check your preferred dates against our booking calendars (we update these as soon as we take a booking), then click on 'Contact us' to email your desired dates and which barn you require. We will respond with confirmation of availability and payment details. You can choose to pay by posting a cheque or Credit/Debit card via Paypal.

Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are subject to availabillity. Please see the availablity calendars - these are usually updated daily.
- Prices include all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
- A Non returnable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Customers must be a minimum of 18yrs of age.
- Provisional bookings made by telephone or email will be held for 7 days, until deposit is received.
- Payments can be made by cheque (payable to Holmework Limited) or by Credit/Debit card via Paypal.
- If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking will be cancelled.
- We recommend that customers take out Holiday cancellation insurance policies in the event that the holiday has to be cancelled, however we will do our best to change your dates and resell holidays that require cancellation for you whereever possible.
- Pets are welcome (+£25 each per break), but we do ask customers not to allow pets in the bedroom or on the furniture. Any damage caused will be invoiced to the customer.
- Additional babes in arms/small children are welcome (+£25 each per break)
- Arrival is requested after 4pm and Departure by 10am unless otherwise arranged. You are always welcome to park up and go for a walk outside these times.
- Any damage to the property or its contents are the customers responsibility. Please replace any items that you damage or lose, to avoid being invoiced for them.
- Entertaining additional guests is not allowed without prior arrangement.
- Please leave the property in the same state that you found it, ready for the next visitor.
- Please advise us during your holiday if you find anything unsatisfactory or not working and we will do our best to correct it. Alternatively please complete the questionnaire so that we can correct it before the next visitor arrive.
- The owner will be entitled to invoice the customer for any additional cleaning required, damages incurred or missing items.
- Visitors booking our properties will be bound by our terms and conditions when making the booking.
